French Lover

Indeed, it's a good book. Taslima Nasrin has proved her bold writing assets again. Against orthodox societal norms, she has penned down the story of Nila and the myriad men (and women) she meets in life. She has carried her love for Bengali pride, seen in the pages. Her bold writing makes this book more special. The same narration can be seen in Lajja and Shodh too. Her writing may incite protest from a few conservative elements in society. Nonetheless, I like the book and would recommend readers to read it.
