Ferry route to Elephanta caves is one the great experience to be encountered in life. Clear ble sea and Sky. Seagulls flying around boats carrying tourists to and fro Mumbai.
Many ships parked in near by this route. Massive ships like townships on shores waiting for offloading and offloading people and products carried by them.
I have enjoy this nearly one hour to and fro journey from Gate way of India to Gharpuri Village. If you returning from Gharpuri village to Mumbai in ealry evening hiurs you will see a beautiful sunset, set in Mumbai city's massive, Sky touching buildings nothing less than mountains which I have seen in Himalayas. Sunsets and these massive architectural mountains must have some correlation. Flowing along with tides and experience of being homogeneous with sea is splendid.
