What’s your hobby?
Mine is photography.
In the middle of targets, reviews, and dashboards, photography reminds me to pause. It gives me an opportunity to find glory in things present in and around me — the play of light on a tea stall, the quiet determination in a colleague’s eyes, the patterns in everyday chaos.
There are myriad facets and varied dimensions to everything we see. We just need to witness them.
A lens taught me what no management book could: perspective changes everything.
The same street looks different at 7 AM and 7 PM. The same team looks different when you stop managing and start observing.
