'I have noted that there are many people who keep thinking about what they should do. They procrastinate so much that before they know it the time for doing anything is over and they can never do what they wanted to do. These people keep vacillating between 'Should I?' and 'Shouldn't I?' and never manage to accomplish anything. When I decide on doing something I go ahead and do it. If I find out that I was wrong, I try to correct mysel. This is because I know that only doers are capable of making errors; people who never do anything make no mistakes!' - Bangabandhu Sheik Mujibur Rahman
Truly anather secular leader from Indian subcontinent. The events occurred post August 5, 2024, widespread vandalism all across Bangladesh forced me to read more about the country. The vandalism of Bangabandhu Sheik Mujibur Rahman were deeply saddling. The Unfinished Memoir is incomplete autobiography. It tells us the story of Sheik Mujibur Rahman who spend most important part of his life in prison to fight for rights of people. Start from his early childhood to youth, he has narrated the incidents which made him Bangabandhu. The book is based on his diaries found after his death. Unfortunately the autobiography is incomplete due to his unfortunate death due to massacre of all his members except her daughters because of army coup.
It would have been great reading if it could have been completed. However, readers would be delighted to read this half piece too. Recommend to read.
