Be a Bird - Gangtok Ropeway

 Gangtok ropeway started in the year 2003 and it  panoramic view of the city, If you are in Gangtok you must visit the ropeway. It connect Deorali market and Tashiling secretariat which is very close to M. G. Market. It runs on all the days except Friday and opens at from 9:30 am to 6:00 pm. It's beautiful aerial stretch of around one kilometers. For Indians aged above 5 years the fare is 130 INR and kids from 3 to 5 years age the fare is 68 INR. Kids below 3 years age and person with disabilities it offers free ride. Kindly follow the instructions strictly to avoid disbalance in the ropeway cabin. 

If the weather is clean you can see the snow capped Kanchanjunga peak on right side of the cabin. Bird eye view of the the city that captures roads, mountains, skys and clouds will make you feel simple great. I would say it's just a celestial feeling. It's always to be a bird for few mins in life.

The melody of water and rocks at Bakthang waterfall...

A beautiful place lies on corner of National Highway 10(NH 10). 5 km away from Gangtok city main point and close to Tashi view point. You will love the scenery. Water falls from the rock and quiet close to small footover bridge. Internet talks about the name of the this small water fall ' bak' means jungle and ' thang'  means meadows that asked us to know understand the meaning i.e. water falling through meadows to rocks and finally into the pond at the base. 

I really enjoy the melody of water colliding with rocks and aroma created by this confluence. Once in life time we must be such close to the melody in order to bring synergy in life.

Tsangu Lake - Where Transformation begins..

It's lovely place to visit, I have visited Tsangu Lake in month of November when winter is all set to step in. The lake is perfect destination for tourists on their way to Nathula. Mountains over the lake started getting snow. Lush green mountains are getting milky white colors.  In deep winters the lake will change the state of liquid to hard and cold ice.

Watching the beginning of this transformation i.e. transformation of one state of substance to another state is literally a feast to the eyes. You can see the yalk grazing around on mountains to make more powder to fight against rough winter's ahead. The serenity you captured in your eyes will remain forever in your heart.

I would not be surprised to say that this place and serenity as an abstract.
