Exuberance in IT

Sounds polemic but this current exuberance in IT will not last long. Since last one year, we have been talking about the trends in HRM life cycle whether it is great resignations or multiple fold hikes in salaries in IT industry.  Which in terms created a economic bubble.

Flattening profits, stocks running bearish, retention, bench staffing are some of the sign of easing bubble. Industry body like NASSCOM should take a note of it as part of self cognizance.

Screentime and secondhand screentime.

Indeed, it's fact that cellphones as a technology intervention means to ease human life became addiction. Some surveys says that a person touches screen more that 2500 time in a day. And in a world number of mobile users are increasing at phenomenal rate. Efforts like bridging the digital divide bringing more users day by day to make human race more competible. As screentime is gaining momentum or already gained the momentum thereby secondhand screen time also picked up the momentum.  Take of of your loved ones, spend some quality times with people in direct conversations. Technology is to ease our life not to alienate dearonce.

Flowers been always intriguing subject for me. These are the special creations for us to earthen the life. Myriad colors and aroma brings mundane life to life. For human being flowers plays pivotal role in every aspect of life, only things important is to pay utter important to those aspects. 

I happened to cross the traffic signal on busy evening of monsoon in New Delhi, India, I found street children in destitute trying to make out a bouquet from fallen flowers.  

It makes lot of sense to click the image and make the most of memory out of the scene. Those beautiful flowers are garland by beautiful flowery innocent hands. Flowers are in admirable company of flowers.

World Photography Day

 It's been always pleasure to be in connect with nature. I have visited this part after 5 years. The joy of be in the surrounding of nature especially when nature is at best i.e. monsoon.  Earth rejuvenated with small creatures insects, birds reptiles.  This will give you goosebumps specially of you found such a lovely place in the busy city like Delhi.  Also it was world photography day and enjoyed clicking the nature. Lal Singh Chaddha

 Lal Singh Chaddha is Indian adoption of Forrest Gump which was released in 1994 based on a novel of same name written by Winston Groomin in 1986.

It's difficult to say that the Indian adoption is exact replica of original one. Indian Forrest Gump tried to live the original character in true spirit. 

This is the first time I have seen such a long disclaimers at the start, may be producer tried to reduce the conflicts/controversies arising out of the post release of the film. 

The journey of Indian Forrest Gump is passed through many events occurred from emergency in 1975 till formation NDA1 government. Such beautiful screenplay adaptation in Indian contest. 

You will experience emotional flow of happiness to sadness. How low IQ motivates the lives of others. Here again it has bee proved, your EQ matters alot than IQ. I missed the lieutenant Dias of English Forest Gump in Indian version.

Highly recommended to watch.
