Women and Men at work.

These photographs were captured in my hometown while returning to Delhi. It's intriguing to see how the gender gap has been bridged in arduous labor work. The trend is settling now. We need more and more women's mammoth participation in work. Surely, it will not take more than 100 years to bridge the gender gap in workplaces. Kudos to the efforts of Indian Railways.
